Following on from the phenominal response we had to the launch of The Great Art Christmas Fair 2006, and by popular demand, we are now pleased to announce the official launch of The Great Art Fair Summer Collection 2007 with our now widely recognised stand funding structure.
The emphasis for the show continues to be on accessable but high quality original contemporary fine art.

Stand Fee Structure |
Exhibitors can confirm their stand at the show for the minimal booking fee of just £195 + VAT for a 10sqm stand. After that, we will charge a 25% commission on any sales you make at the show.

Why are we doing this? |
Firstly, we have total confidence in our event and can put our money where our mouth is. Testimony to this is the fact that the 2006 Christmas Fair sold out in just 35 working days (307 exhibitors).
Secondly, we believe that the event should be accessible to all who produce and sell quality original, contemporary fine art.
Thirdly, it guarantees to our clients that we will deliver on our promises of a committed, quality buying audience and a top quality event.

How much do I pay? |
We charge a booking fee of £195 + VAT to secure the 10sqm stand. In addition to the booking fee we will charge a commission of 25% on all sales at the show. There is nothing else to pay unless you wish to purchase some of the optional additional services through the Exhibitor Services Manual, however these will not be necessary for the operation of your stand.

OUR MARKETING STRATEGY
Our marketing programme is specifically aimed at an AB demographic audience and is supported by a comprehensive visitor promotion and PR campaign which will secure a top level buying audience to your stand.
We are primarily concentrating on a 90 minute travel time from Alexandra Palace and the marketing programme alone, excluding the PR gives us a total hit rate of just on 20 million targets in the 16 weeks leading up to the event. That gives us a phenomenal OTS of well over 40 million in a substantial campaign. A major PR campaign running concurrently with the marketing programme is just as exciting and will concentrate in securing editorial coverage for the event and our clients in the main industry press, key lifestyle publications, the essential events listings guides and targeted broadcast media. We will be making key announcements and inviting all exhibitors to submit information for our press packs.
The visitor promotion and PR campaigns are going to create a phenomenally high profile for the event.
HOW TO GUARANTEE YOUR STAND
All stands are available strictly on a first come first served basis and must be booked through the online booking form below. For clients based outside the UK we are able to accept payment on stands in US$ and Euros€ as well as UK£.
STAND SHARING
We regret that, under this offer, we are unable to authorise stand sharing unless booked through a recognised studio. If this is the case, the stand must be booked as a gallery. Please call us on 01959 571951 for full details.
